TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions may change without notice

•Delivery policy: All products supplied by i-net central remain the property of i-net central until paid in full. Transaction currency ($AUD)

• Onsite Consulting, 10am - 5pm Mon-Fri $132 per hr inc GST, After hours $264 per hr inc GST. 1hr minimum charge.

• Remote assistance: connection fee $33 inc GST plus $132 per hr inc GST,

minimum half hour charge.

All billing at 30 minute blocks.

•All quoted prices include GST, unless otherwise stated.

•Customer service policies: I-net central guarantees the quality of all its products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Service Assistance.

•Refund policy: This will be at the discretion of the management.

•Consumer data policy: Information on general usage and any optional personal details you provide to us may be used for internal administrative purposes or to provide you with enhanced features.

The following are details of the information we collect:

1.I-net central may collect information from visitors to our web site only (when they choose to submit it) such as Name, e-mail address, school name, company name, other contact details etc.

2.Visit specific information such as Date, Time and IP address may also collected for administration purposes.

•Customers credit card details a protected by an 128BIT or Higher SSL Certificate

•We do not support or provide any assistance with: Accounting software including MYOB, quick books or Quicken, d-link products, Apple MobileME and icloud, Engin VOIP, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo and other web based email systems or Synology Diskstation which are not covered under a service/rental agreement. Computers which have installed peer to peer file sharing software eg uTorrent.
